ABOUT DR. EDWARDS
Dr. Edwards completed his dental education at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry and received his dental D.D.S. degree in 1968. After completion of duty as a dentist in The United States Navy Dental Corps he moved to Florida in 1974 and has been in continuous private practice since that time.
He frequently attends post-graduate courses and continuing education seminars to maintain his skills according to current dental advancements.
He is a member of The Florida Dental Association, The American Dental Association and the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation.
Dr. Edwards is married to Elizabeth who is also our office manager.
ABOUT OUR PRACTICE THE PATIENT'S ROLE
We prefer to practice by performing thorough, comprehensive examination and treatment on fewer patients, rather than treat large numbers of patients daily.
Due to recent advances in dentistry, we are able to provide better dental care than ever before. Our care is now so thorough that, if our patients do their part, it is possible for the great majority to keep their natural teeth for a lifetime.
Dentistry demands precision and as such, takes time and attention to detail. To that end, all dentistry performed in this office is done under high power magnification.
If a patient makes the decision to work with us now, maintains proper care at home and in our office, he or she will have a healthier mouth in the future. Without that commitment, however, there is little we can do to keep one free of dental disease.
APPOINTMENTS
It is necessary that we work by appointments. If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice so that someone else my use that appointment time. Thank you for your consideration.

YOUR SAFETY
Our facility is equipped to comply with all directives for infection control and patient safety, utilizing disposable supplies and hospital type autoclave sterilization. We provide darkened safety glasses for patient eye protection during all phases of dental treatment. We are periodically inspected by the state health agency to assure we are in compliance with all directives.
We strive to be thorough in our examinations so that we are able to provide the best service possible. We recognize that your comfort, good appearance, and long range economy are prime concerns. With this in mind are able to restore your oral health in as few well planned visits as possible.
We provide each patient with a personalized dental hygiene protocol and refer to specialists only when absolutely necessary.. In addition, to avoid any misunderstandings, we provide each patient with a comprehensive treatment plan and fee estimate before commencing any work.
